Annual Trek
Every August I head over to Taipei, Taiwan for an yearly seminar and business meeting. This year is no exception, in fact I am on eSteem at Logan International Airport, Boston, MA USA heading to Dallas, then Tokyo and then onto Taipei.
Yes a long journey each year, especially only for a weekend... but such is the task.
Serendipity
It is funny how I got into this schedule as it started in Buenos Aires, Argentina where I had affiliated business associates and yet another weekend seminar/business trip.
While at the course an individual came up to me to thank me for the course and asked me to talk with his son in Taipei, Taiwan on the phone. I thought it a strange but benign situation so I did it. The man said his son had moved to Taipei about 10 years earlier... he had viewed some of my early video releases and asked his Father back in Buenos Aires to attend and let him know if what I did was real and worth further study.
Well I guess you know the outcome already, so it turns out that his son in Taipei became an affiliate and has helped push the Kyusho into; Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Nicaragua and even the USA. Kyusho has been on Asian TV many times and is growing rapidly in popularity in the Health and Self Protection Arts.
Taking it back
So even more serendipitous is the fact that I was able to bring Kyusho (originating in Asia but lost), back to Asia.
But this is a reality, with more interest in Okinawa, Thailand, India and Vietnam... I am still amazed myself. But reality has a tendency to sink in while sitting in an airport or on a plane or halfway around the world from home and family.
So Onward I Go
I will try to write daily on the trip, add pictures if time allows... gotta go for the first boarding...

I will always remember my visit in Taiwan. Both for the Taipei 101 and the dumper babies that were so cool, and the time I spent in the Tzu Chi monastery in Hualien. And also for the cool students from the Taiwanese universities I have met, of course :)
And maybe you will make your way back in the future.
Maybe, I don't know where my future will bring me :)
