Nobody in their right mind would want to take this stuff, and it's a fine line between delerium and death. Nobody would make money selling it, its effects are physically very unpleasant, and last for around 3 days. The drug is a component also of Henbane and Datura.
Note that there is one useful purpose for it, though Atropine is safer, to remedy nerve toxins. It is only safe to do this after being exposed to the nerve agent, and the way it works is by blockading the receptors that the toxin attacks, specifically, the acetylcholine receptors, which regulate motor coordination nerves.
