Right now I'm rereading Paulo Coelho's famous "The Alchemist", one of my favorite books of all time.
In it, a young shepherd is trying to discover the meaning of his personal legend while learning about life. I think the book is one of the greatest treasures we can read today.
We can look at our life in two ways. As a predestined, prewritten pathway that we simply have to complete. Or as an adventure, full of twists and turns and pitfalls and challenges and triumphs.
Every single person on Earth has a purpose. Dreams. A destiny. That doesn't mean you're automatically going to get all of those things just because you have them. You have to work towards them. Believe in them. Transform yourself to grab hold of what you really want.
Isn't that exciting? There's nothing holding you back. Anything that you think is holding you back is an illusion. Each one of us received a ticket to the adventure of a lifetime. How is yours going to look?
Mine looks something like this lol I'm glad I found the courage to go after my passion for art and make it my career. "The Alchemist" was a good book, I should re read it too, it's been almost 10 years. Another one I liked that I should read again is Zen & The Art Of Motorcycle Maintenance
