I appreciate your words and love philosophy too. From my sight, it's important to devote at least few minutes to reflection.
Understanding that things go beyond our existence and that at the same time they bring together all existences, allows us to relativize our lives. This can even give meaning to a life.

It is always great to take a pause and reflect from all the hustle and bustle of life. I agree that there are always existential factors that we can still perceive if we give ourselves the time to embrace and assimilate it.
