Yes people are in love with Dr. Maolin Zheng.
He is the CEO of a BLockchain infrastructure-SEELE. It claiming to be Blockchain 4.0, with its test net going live soon!

Dr. Wei Bi is a research fellow working in the Crabb lab in the School of Health Sciences, City University London. Wei joined City University London in 2006. Wei gained degrees in Computer Sciences at Oxford and Harbin (HIT, China) before completing a Ph.D. in Visual Science in 2012. Wei worked as a research assistant at City before joining the Crabb Lab in December 2014.
