5 snacks to eat between meals, before or after workouts

in #life7 years ago

I always prefer healthy and non-industrialized snacks. To get a little out of the tapioca and crepioca option, I looked for some options to include in the menu and to be able to vary the options a little more, besides including some that can be taken in the lunchbox in the afternoon or in the morning.

The good thing is that everyone is very easy to do and cheap.

Check the options!

Option 1

Simple pancake

Ingredients:

1 banana + 2 eggs

How to make:

Mix everything and fry over low heat without oil. Use non-stick frying pan. (Do not go oil).

Put it on low heat and have patience and a little chatinho to give the right point.

If putting cinnamon in the mixture is also good, because it speeds up the metabolism.

The pancake is very large, if you prefer to make minis.

Option 2

Banana and oatmeal cookie
