I recently rewarded 20 people with 100% upvotes, those 20 being voted on by the community. Then I reduced those to 50% votes, since they brought my voting power down. I left it like that for a few days, to keep an eye on it; my voting power never went above 50% though.
So, I'm reducing the upvote percentages again. I will cut it in half again, like before, down to 25% for the 23 rules (20 from the above contest, and 3 from this earlier one). If in a few days I find that I'm back at 100% and staying there, I'll increase these again (perhaps to 35%?).
I will list those affected by this change, so they can see this in the "Mentions" tab (if you're using the Chrome plugin, "Steemit More Info", that is):

Today has been a pretty good day! Wednesdays I have neuro feedback in the afternoon, and I'm generally unpleasant to be around for a day or two after. These past three days have actually been much better; seems the doctor is getting the right settings dialed in, which I understand takes a while but am really glad to have had a good few days!

As for the upvotes percentage, i think its a good idea. I have seen your VP play around 35-48%. Bringinv it down should gst you back on your feet in no time.

We really appreciate your support and encouragement, reducing your voting percentage to 25% to regain full power is a welcomed idea, 35% perhaps, after the regaining of your voting power is still ok considering the activities involved.
