Yep I found myself doing the same thing many times and it is frustrating how you want to try to be everywhere and end up feeling guilty of not doing all of it..it’s a mental thing and by the time you realize what is taking your time the you or in my case me ends up feeling like crap and forgets to live for yourself..hope you figure out the secret & I u do let me know dying to find out..lol
