Thank you for wanting to take part in our 365-step program! This decision is certainly worthwhile - you will feel it.
You have already read our first document on the subject of "Thoughts". You now know that you are welcome to take a look at your thoughts from the outside. Thoughts are not a golden law, one could also say: "It is not all gold, what one thinks."
Our first exercise is a simple question: What's your next thought?
- Just breathe.
- Ten breaths long.
Don't you have an answer to this question? Is there any unrest?
- Then breathe calmly again.
- Ten breaths long.
- Or draw attention to your hand.
- Or just count to ten.

The 365 days trip is far from being a therapy - you need to know that! It's a path. An offer of how to live a relaxed and happy life. If you are more seriously burdened, a doctor's visit is unavoidable.
But I can tell you for sure that meanwhile hundreds of participants have been able to integrate real new impulses into their lives. And to come to terms with this world that has become a little bit gaga in a calm and thoughtful way.

Note: The whole journey is much longer: 365 daily postings. If we reach 100 Fans/Follower, I will postpone and post ALL 365 daily steps!
