Thoughts can create images and they can do much more: they can tell whole stories.

Module 1: Emotional System
Dear,
the picture of your breakfast and the thoughts connected with it were surely beautiful.
Today, in your thoughts, please tell the story of this breakfast.
- Was there anyone else with you?
- Did you enjoy it?
- Did you read the papers?
"Yesterday I ate x, y and z for breakfast. It was nice or stupid. Maybe it wasn't breakfast at all, but dinner."
But it's important that you tell a story. It was yesterday, so you have experienced it and can tell us about it. But tell this story only in your mind.

Bottom line:
You are currently developing your emotional system in connection with your thoughts. Thoughts can cause whole stories: pleasant, but also unpleasant. Tomorrow we will let our thoughts tell more stories…
The 365 days trip is far from being a therapy - you need to know that! It's a path. An offer of how to live a relaxed and happy life. If you are more seriously burdened, a doctor's visit is unavoidable.
But I can tell you for sure that meanwhile hundreds of participants have been able to integrate real new impulses into their lives. And to come to terms with this world that has become a little bit gaga in a calm and thoughtful way.
I'm happy if you choose this path.

Had some Coffee and cough a Cigarette ;)

I quit smoking 3 weeks ago. Feeling better everyday. Try it!
