Having a deep sleep is one of my problem, playing game is what I do to help me fall asleep, it helps me fall asleep but makes me more sleep late.
So alarm is just a disturbance because I want to sleep more.
Your tip about Lavender is what I am thinking, guess this was a very helpful tip from you, gonna try this, thanks @soldier
I wouldnt recommend playing any games because your mind is thinking about the last thing you did before falling asleep at night. Try to avoid looking at screens and use natural oils like lavender, drinking a lot of water, doing some sports in the evening etc
