یہ ننگرہار کے صباون یا مہمند ایجنسی کے حماد صافی نہیں بلکہ جنوبی وزیر ستان کے شریف اللہ سیفی ہیں ،جوکم عمری ہی میں بالغ دماغی کی عظیم نعمت سے مالامال ہیں۔اب تک مختلف علمی فورمز پر گفتگو کرنے اور مقابلوں میں شرکت کا موقع ملا ہے۔
بے شک آپ کی بہترتعلیم وتربیت میں (The Key Stone) کے اساتذہ اور آپ کے والدین دونوں کا وافر حصہ موجود ہے۔کچھ دنوں قبل انگریزی میں لکھا گیا اپنا ایک مضمون مجھے تصحیح کےلیے ارسال کیا۔مضمون دیکھ کر میں حیران رہ گیا کہ ساتویں کلاس کا ایک چھوٹا طالب علم اس اجنبی زبان میں اس طرح کا ایک بہترین مضمون کیسے لکھ سکتا ہے۔
گزشتہ کئی سالہ تدریسی تجربے کی بنیاد پرمیں کہتاہوں کہ ٹیلنٹ ہر بچے میں موجود ہوتا ہے۔یہ استاذ اور والدین پر موقوف ہوتا ہے کہ وہ پتھر سے سونا کیسے بناتے ہیں۔ اس ٹیلنٹ اور صلاحیت میں اس وقت مزید اضافہ ہوجاتا ہے جب آپ اپنے بچوں کی چھوٹی چھوٹی باتوں پر حوصلہ افزائی کریں۔بات بات پر ڈانٹنا اور مارنا ان میں پوشیدہ جوہر کو قتل کردیتے ہیں اور بچہ احساس کمتری کا شکار ہو کر ہمیشہ کے لیے علمی طور پر شل ہوجاتاہے۔

I can divide it into two categories, the rulers and the public. If the privileged personalities, like prime minister, president, chief of army staff, politicians, army officials and bureaucrats, go astray and follow an evil path, the public will copy them too. As it is said: ‘when the gold rusts what the iron can do’
If our leaders struggle to bring peace, the people will utilize their spirits, enthusiasms, and willing to sacrifice themselves for the sake of their country and religion. The Prime minister has to take care of his own responsibilities and chief of Army staff is responsible for his army. The politicians have to manage the political face of the country and the bureaucrats have to maintain the administration.
I asked someone: how can we get the peace? He answered and said: if the real stack holders get serious and establish love among them, peace can welcome us. His answer was exactly right.
One of my uncles asked me: what is the meaning of politics? I was small then, so I answered immediately: fighting with each other, because when I used to watch TV, I would see the politicians quarreling each other on aimless topics just to insult the opposite. My uncle nodded his head and said: according to the current situation of the country, you are right.
Our responsibility to establish peace
 Social media has a great hand on peace. It can share right news and stop fraud and false rumors. It has strength to change the whole world.
 An inspector general of police can bring reforms in police.
 The leaders are responsible for their followers to make them patriotic.
 The citizens have responsibility for their homes and streets to keep them neat, clean and away from all kind of evils. Every citizen is the prime minister of his own home to bring peace and love in that.
 Islam gives us the message of peace, happiness and prosperity. If we give respect to our parents, share love with our friends and fellows, start helping the poor and make efforts to strengthen the country, a day will come that the dream of a peaceful country comes true.
 Ignorance is the main obstacle in the way to establish peace. The government is responsible to give good education to the public.
 Another obstacle in way of peace is corruption and injustice that has made the country an abbreviated piece of nothing. A country free from corruption and injustice can be a peaceful piece of land for its dwellers.
 The ethnic and racial difference has cultivated the seeds of enmity in the hearts of all Pakistanis. In “Surat Ul Hujrat” Allah says: “I have created male and female and have made nations and tribes that you may know each other”
A message to the young generation
My message to the young generation of my country is:
“There is neither Pathan nor are Punjabi, no Sindhi nor are Balochi, we all are Muslims then Pakistani.
We have never made our minds thoughtful about the dead bodies that were thrown in seas, rivers, and deserts in order to achieve a country for us. We achieved Pakistan by donating it the blood of millions of Muslims. They shed their blood in order to get a peaceful and Islamic State for their coming generations that is still a dream waiting for its interpretation.
