Ingredients:
1/2 cup lentil
1 cup chopped carrot
1 cup chopped beans
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup celery stick
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. black pepper
5 shallots
1/2 tsp. sliced ginger
3 garlic cloves chopped
pinch of hing
1 tomato
3 tsp. oil
Salt to taste.
Method:
- Soak the lentil for at least 30 hour.
- Heat oil in the pan, add cumin seeds, black pepper,shallots,ginger and garlic, sauté them nicely.
- Add chopped beans,carrrot,cauliflower,celery stick, lentil and 2 cups of water.
- Add salt and mix it well.
- Allows to cook for 10 minutes.
- After that add chopped tomato, mix it well.
- After 10 mints open the pan and smash it slightly, after 3 mints turn off the heat.
