Being 19, society has certain expectations of you...go to school, get a part time job, have fun clubbing or whatever the trend is now...not too bad right. Actually sounds pretty good and pretty easy.
Here is the problem. When you want to do something else, you constantly have to explain yourself.
I am 19, go to school for business admin, self employed as a day trader and my one and only goal right now is to make a lot of money and buy at least a 4 unit apartment or building by the age of 22.
Most people think this is completely unrealistic but I'm doing fine with my goal and am on track as far as I do whatever it takes...which includes limiting expenses radically to less than 400$ a year (I live at my parents still and only have to pay for clothes and whatever I purchase, no rent no food)
Also I don't go clubbing, or anything really, I just like playing sports and working out....my expenses essentially are clothes( I don't wear Gucci etc), gym membership, food if I go out (which is prob fast food cause it's cheap, whatever it takes).
I find myself explaining what I want to do and what I am doing right now at least 2 times per week which translates to over 100 times a year.... this is what I will refer people to from now on (time is Money).
I am not unemployed lol I work from home, run blogs, YouTube channels, play video games for Money,even do sports betting for profit (not the fun betting but rather the number crunching sports bets) , I am not broke or cheap I am saving, I don't go clubbing because I don't like loud noises and alcohol I like sports and working out
That's my rant for today, hope you guys make money and buy real estate...or drink or whatever you do 💰💰💰💰🤷🏻♂️😂
