You might be right by that. But you should always remember, that health comes in different sizes. And acne or other skin problems have different causes, it doesn't mean you are not healthy. Often it's even an imbalance of hormones (e.g. when stop taking contraception hormones, I witnessed it unfortunately by myself) Of course, if you are strongly overweight the risks of getting health problems are higher. But what's suggested in the media as the perfect "body" isn't associated with health, in my opinion. Mostly I associate these bodies with eating disorders like bulimia or anorexia - but that's also one kind of body shaming which I don't want to support either. Just because you are thin, this doesn't mean you are healthy (e.g. when you stop eating properly there are lots of vitamins which are lacking and for your fertility it's also not good) and on the other side people who have a few pounds more than a mannequin in the shopping center, it doesn't mean you aren't healthy. What's important for me is, that you nevertheless should love yourself. Even if you suffer from an eating disorder or want to lose weight. And also if you are naturally thin, that's totally fine. I don't want to say that every thin person is unhealthy, that's not true either. Sure, if you have health issues you should think about changing your lifestyle. But no one (except your family or close friends) should interfere with that or should force you to do so. Your body is no ones business, but yours.
