Tyrants should NOT exist, what happens is that subjects surrender to them, resistance must be generated, look for example at VENEZUELA, this man cannot be overthrown from there, a firm hand is required.

The key word here is 'should' not exist.
Yes..subjects have surrendered their freedoms...it happens little by little without people realising their freedoms are dissappearing ....and as long as they appreciate handouts from the government...they will have tyrants in governance.
A couple of Principles come to mind. 'What the government can give you, they can also take away.' and 'A people get the government they deserve.' Not a popular Principle to be sure...but freedoms must be guarded by the people.
