We left Canada about a year and a half ago; sick leave/retirement in Mexico sounded way nicer than staying in expensive, rainy Vancouver/ West coast of Canada :)

I've met quite a few expats here who needed to find a retirement place where their pensions went further than home. Where are you @rebeccabe?
My husband and I currently domicile in Nebraska. I am from Texas originally and he is from Indiana. We moved to different states over the 33 years of marriage together and are not sure where to land.
We have talked about going elsewhere, out of the country. Who knows maybe one day. I definitely want to travel some. Time goes so fast.
Oh I know that feeling! We are both originally from Ontario (Brian, Niagara Falls area and me just south of Detroit), but we spent most of our adult lives out West. We wandered for a while, trying to figure it all out, but eventually, the sun and ocean spoke louder than anything else :)
Time really does fly by, and the older I get, the quicker it seems to move!@
