Today I will 
from my own experience. We’re also know about rickshaw puller. We can do easily happy them from our nice behaviour. But maybe only few people has think about on their work. They are also come from poor family and for their livelihood. They are be too much hard worker. They are doing hard worker seen their family members mouth.
The rickshaw puller is generally very poor man. He is unable to buy a rickshaw. So they are hire rickshaw from a rickshaw owner. They have taken rickshaw exchange of money from rickshaw-owner. It has two type rent system :
- New rickshaw 200 taka.
- Old rickshaw 100-150 taka in a day. It depend on rickshaw quality.
On the other hands some clever rickshaw-puller try to buy a rickshaw from take loan or sell inheritance property. It from who get benefits because after finished day their have not think than another rickshaw puller, for give money off rickshaw owner.
The rickshaw puller carries the passenger to their destination. He carries one or two passenger at a time. Some time we saw, they are carries three passenger. He takes to legal rent from passenger. But some passengers are very rough to them. They pay him less than the contract. The rickshaw puller charges more during the rough weather and big festival.
They are pulled at a time two or three passengers. That passenger can be fat or think, man or woman. But they want charge same amount. It’s a legal work. It’s a humanity. But if they want to increase few money from fixed charge that’s time passengers do rough use with them. As opposed to when we taken food from restaurant that’s time we give some tip of waiter. But we are also know that he get fixed amount after finished month. After that we give tip of a waiter only for dignity. But we never ever give tip of rickshaw puller. Where goes our humanity??
This work do young or old man. But biggest worry matter is that when we are stay on rickshaw sit and he pulled of ours. That’s time we could discuss with his. And after reached your destination, you could pay some extra money being happy. That’s enough for them. They are always want good behaviour from his passengers, nothing else. Even they don’t hope any extra money from his passenger. We can do easily happy them from our own behaviour.
At present, if we think about whole Bangladeshi rickshaw puller. They are going too much give services of us. As a poor, mid-level and rich man also use rickshaw. Although they get money for that. But I think that it’s not enough for that work. We should do respect each others.
