It's all about the "way" you think.
Bad habits die hard, and those of the brain are even harder to change.
If you are suffering from Anxiety, chances are you developed defense mechanisms in your childhood that are keeping you from letting go and living your life. How do thoughts or "ways of thinking" protect you as a child, you ask? One word: camouflage.
As children, many of you might have had a toxic parent or sibling that affected your development through negative words, criticism, mockery... this has taken the child in you's free spirit and free will and replaced it with defense mechanism to protect yourself from suffering because of these "negative actions". This defense manifests through appears in the things you do. For example: sleeping too much, saying no to things you want to say yes to, telling yourself you don't need to do things you are simply afraid of being bad at... and the list goes on.
Knowing that a child-like state is as pure as they come - we all just want to be carefree children again - having that purity taken away from you at a young age can scar your brain for life. Taken away by cynical and pessimistic grown-ups who probably suffered from the same scars as kids...
But enough with this vicious cycle! We all have much more potential that is dying way before we are even old enough to vote.
Now you're all grown up and have developed bad/awful/disturbing/confusing/suffocating/depressing habits for decades but you don't realize THAT IS what kills your inner passion.
Notice how you didn't go to the movies that day? Didn't travel that summer? Have been spending your days doing the same mind-numbing thing for years? Like binge watching or doing drugs... that's why you're anxious! Believe me. You can't figure out anything in the world you want to do? You just lie down feeling suffocated by negative thoughts... your heart feels like it's beating over your chest? You can't figure out who you really are or what you're passionate about? This is for you.
To be continued...

I always felt bad for grownups when I was little, and now I need to keep myself from growing up too much. Life's great when you can sleep stress free
Once we realize the affect we have on the little ones, we can have more power into shaping their lives - the positive way...
