Looks like the image was taken from a thumbnail.
When I reverse image search this, I find a couple pages of this exact picture that date back 2 years.
I find it highly unlikely this is you, as there are many fake accounts using this persons name and pictures, plus, all pictures from the poster are all from 2-3 years ago, with resized pictures from thumbnails.
