You know that urgent feeling you get in your chest and stomach when you KNOW something to be true with little or no proof, which always turns out correct? This is called intuition, and outside of extremely strong gut feelings that we simply can’t ignore, we generally don’t utilize this miraculous tool like we could. So where exactly does this gut feeling come from? No, we don’t have tiny psychic gnomes living in our bellies, (but good guess) this is actually our highest self communicating with us. We are all connected to source energy, but as we grow up in this physical world, we lose touch with our divinity. We lose our clairvoyant abilities and start getting lost in the fears, opinions, preferences and agendas of our surrounding societies. We even let varying studies and research sway us. For almost any stance, you can find “peer-reviewed” articles both opposing and supporting a specific position. This is because of research manipulation which can be both intentional and unintentional. Because we are light beings and connected to source energy, we emit some pretty powerful vibrations. We can actually unintentionally sway the results of a study in our favor if we have a desired outcome in mind. This phenomenon is called the Baxter effect. There are also intentionally manipulated studies that report false evidence, usually for the sake of profit. So how do we know what to believe? Cue flashing lights and ringing bell Correct! We follow our intuition. But how exactly do we do this? Good question, I have no idea.
From my own experience, I’ve had great results with making sure I meditate every single day and am connected with my highest self. I don’t try to think or analyze any outside information I am given. You have to accept the fact that every single one of your core beliefs could be false. Everything you’ve ever known could be a lie. Remove any attachments you have with these previous beliefs, and you will see the truth. Once you stop thinking something HAS to be true, the real truth will be revealed to you. Understand that these positions are not YOU. They are likely preferences you have adopted as you were moulded by your environment. I know it can be difficult to abandon your “identity.” But realize your religion, political party, diet, etc., are not YOU. If you were born in a completely different environment, you probably wouldn’t have any of the same preferences. So how can something that can we so easily swayed be part of who you really are? Identify with your true, highest self, and your internal guidance system will allow you to flow through life with the least amount of resistance and pain possible. We are meant to experience as much joy and love as possible in this journey, so quit worrying, quit identifying, quit judging. Enjoy your ride =]
enjoying the ride is the goal, and yet can be rather distorted by many factors. The challenge IMO is to understand self, what your patterns are and foremost being honest within. This leads to learning love of self, which can be externalized into sharing love with others, at least those who are ready to receive it. The intuition also bridges out into the eternal sphere of reality and consciousness, which is clearly a result of internal processing and dependent on your own level of development. Such topics are foreign to some as I found, particularity extroverted thinking types which can't process well in this manner.
Yes you are right, they can't process the topic because they have not asked themselves the question: "Who am I?" We are not our feelings or even our thoughts.
the journey of life takes many turns, and requires adaption to change. I believe being in a positive framework with compassion and love will also attract those qualities back into your life.
Yes I couldn't agree more. We must take care of ourselves first before we can help others. "You can't pour from an empty cup." The problem is that most people see this kind of thinking as "selfish." But learning and loving ourselves is the most beneficial things we can do for the world.
it was a hard lesson for me to learn and took a lot of heartache before realizing the only common denominator in previous failed relationship was Me! That began the process of being honest with myself, and learning to love from within. It's from that point that I'm able to share love with others.
You are right .. upvoted, resteemed and followed.. awakening you are.. nice to meet you :)
It's a very good piece of writing. I would consider putting some paragraph breaks. That's what my intuition is telling me. :)
My intuition is rather unreliable. I think that's because I can't tell the difference between intuition and anxiety based thoughts.
I feel that lately, for sure! Like some things that feel good might not be and I need guidance ... I have just been making sure that I continue to breathe deep in each moment, getting good at meditation helps to clear the cluttered thoughts, and to not let fear be the driver, but to let the calm feelings guide, feeling free to take everything so slow because nature accomplishes everything and does not rush. I hope that I can continue to listen to my own advice as this is merely a journey for me as well as for everybody.
Nice girl )
