The routine activities that we live every day may make us feel what is going on as a matter of course, nothing special. It could even be all boring because it is lived every day. Though there are many things that should be grateful at all times. Forgetting to be grateful for life makes it difficult for us to enjoy what we are facing right now.
If you want to be happy in living life, enjoying what is there is certainly needed. If there is nothing else to enjoy and be grateful for in life, be careful of empty feelings will interfere and be fatal if left to continue. Therefore it is necessary to find out why it is difficult to enjoy what is there so that the solution can be sought immediately so that we can live life happily.

The Brain is a Great Editor
There are several events happening in life that should be enjoyed at the time of the event unfortunately we just realized after the event passed. For example, when we go through school, when still able to gather with parents, when you still have plenty of spare time even though the income is not too big. There are many things in the past that should be enjoyed when we live it. Unfortunately, we just feel that it feels good right now after the event has passed.
Humans do enjoy nostalgia. Remembering the past as a fun thing. This is because the brain is a great editor. The brain filters out an unpleasant experience and leaves you with something nice to remember. The ability of the brain to edit the bad things from past experiences makes us just enjoy the past after all has passed.
There's anxiety
Another thing that makes us unable to enjoy what is currently going is because of anxiety. We all know there is a lot of uncertainty that we must be aware of in life. We can not be sure that what is lived can always go as expected. There are many things that allow failure to occur or the plan does not work as it should.
Even natural disasters become one of the things that make us not able to feel happy and enjoy what is lived today. Anxiety makes a person can not breathe in relief of what he lived. Therefore it is necessary to surrender to the All-Soul Manage so that all can go well after the previous best effort done.
Wandering Thoughts
Inability to enjoy what exists today because of our often wandering minds. When we are going through a mind we will be busy planning other things to do in the future. Busy with fantasy and believing what is fantasized as something more fun to do makes it difficult to focus and enjoy what is going on right now. The thought of what we want to do or happen in the future makes us ignore and not enjoy what is.
Enjoying life is the right thing to do. Being grateful for what we are doing right now and doing our best will make us happy. We will be tormented in the void if there is nothing that can be enjoyed. Emptiness results in unhappiness. No one wants to experience it. Everyone would want to be happy, right?
