RE: The Start and End of All Things

in #life8 years ago

Very well said! I have learned to really practice remembering that this moment, is the only one true thing. Others that have passed are gone, and the future hasn't happened. The problwm is that we are so programmed to look and focus on the future ones. We need to plan after all. And bills are coming, and next week i have this or that going on. But we miss out on the realist thing: the moment we are in. We miss out on how much a moment can hold. These moments we miss become the past and are gone. Its sad really, because we spend more time on plans of how we will spend future moments, then actually living them.

Yes. I never plan. I prefer to just do things spontaneously. I don't have to worry about the time or day. If I feel like doing something I will just get up and do it.

Thats great! I'm sure things feel more like a choice rather then an obligation. I heard a great quote once that stuck with me. "Do everything as if you make the concious choice to do it. Your experience will be much more pleasant then if you do something because you feel you have to."
