Hey Everyone!
Suppose you need to know a person in just a few moments. What questions would come in your mind to ask them first? Basically, what their name, place, education and job are. Right? So, from their educational degrees and posts in jobs we try to figure out how smart and intelligent they are.
Mainly, I have seen nowadays that degrees and jobs have become factors to know the status of a person. For example, we can say if someone is pursuing engineering, people think he is very intelligent and smart and there is a bright future waiting for him.
Is this the only factor for someone’s identity or is one’s behaviour and interest more important to know? Somehow I feel like, because of this mentality people are running after degrees instead of actual learning and seeking knowledge.
All our lives we are just creating a CV to impress people around us and for the big amount of paycheques. But, is there any meaning without a vision and meaning in life? Are degrees and jobs only what you want?
Is Getting A Degree Everything?
We have heard quite a lot of times that, “We live once, so just enjoy it”. But I think we live everyday, we just die once. I mean, we should be so passionate about what you do, that every day you live for it rather than just working for a paycheque.
And if you think a degree is only the way to earn and follow your passion then you might be wrong. There is a nice saying by Aristotle which explains it well, “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all”. Learning is more important than a piece of degree.
For example: We say one needs to have a management degree in order to manage things, time, resources and one’s finance. But, if we see some people and housewives, they manage everything so properly even without getting a degree of MBA.
It’s because they have been learning from experiences and by observing others. They learn whatever life teaches to them very carefully. As they say, “Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching”.
Be Focused, Follow Your Passion
One needs to be focused in life to achieve their passions and dreams because this life is not worth living someone else’s life. Our whole life, we keep working only for those paycheques as a result of which, our dreams and passions are killed. So, is that cheque worthy enough?
Be clear what you actually want to do and are passionate about. Think, if today was your last day, would you want to continue the work you have been doing all these days? If not, then think what is that one thing that you will be passionate about, so you can live everyday with that passion.
Don’t just run after other people’s directions. If you do, neither you can learn nor you can achieve your dreams. So, just be focused on yourself and keep learning as life keeps teaching. Everyday we can learn something if we pay attention to it.
Yours
Happy Soul
These days in India's every universities give only degree without good knowledge. Which destroy the future of many students. Due to which unemployment increased day by day .
Government want to fill many job post but fail to find suitable condidate for that job. And also corruption is the main cause of unemployment in india.

Yeah, people go to colleges and universities just for a degree and they do not actually learn that will be beneficial in their lives. Just mugging up and passing exams. That's all that happens. Things can't change without a change in the educational system.
But, one shouldn't depend totally on education system, we can learn a lot from experiences and self study too. Only degree won't help you to get a good job.
