In the tropics you get these heavy storms coming through. Often in the afternoon. They come fast, act out their violence and then move on to pester somewhere else.
Yesterday, late afternoon, we saw one coming from our panoramic view from our windows. We had already decided to go out for dinner, and the approaching storm made us run out the door a little earlier than we had planned.
We have no car, since there is no need for one where we live. You just adjust to what happens, and that was a storm this time.
We made it safe and dry to where we had decided to eat.
It came!!!
The lightning and thunder double clapped.
The wind blew signs standing on the floor sliding along the floor..
As I said, they come fast, move in and do their thing. When we were done with dinner, it was all over and we walked back home safe and dry.
