Causes of insomnia
This disorder can be the product of diseases either psychological, such as depression or physical, such as headaches or any disease that causes pain and can make us sleepy.
Cases have been observed where psychological and physical illnesses are not the cause of insomnia in the person, since a calm and lasting sleep will depend on each individual, because worries about family and professional problems can cause insomnia. like the constant worry about being able to sleep, because that cause is usually one of the most recurrent in chronic insomnia, since people tend to be so distressed by falling asleep at a certain time or by resting enough, that they are not able to sleep as your body needs it.
Insomnia can also be due to the intake of alcoholic substances, caffeine or medications that have not been prescribed by a doctor, which have secondary consequences causing loss of sleep.

The hours of the day that we take to sleep are of great importance, since the people who suffer from insomnia usually do it in the afternoons to compensate for the sleep hours of the nights, and in this way they tend to control their bedtime, because When resting, the body will not be tired enough or will not be very sleepy, so it will be impossible to reconcile it.
Relate the room and our bed with other activities such as eating, studying and watching television are often an impediment for us, since at the time of sleep our body does not relate the bed and the room with rest but with the activities of the day to day, and that will prevent the individual from being as relaxed as he should be to sleep.
How to overcome insomnia?
Firstly, if the insomnia is due to a physical or psychological illness, it is fundamental that the person goes to a specialist otherwise he will not be able to get rid of that disorder.
On the other hand, if we refer to a transient insomnia, we must control the time and the hours in which we sleep, because if we sleep more than 9 hours at the time of sleep we will no longer have sleep. In the same way, this type of insomnia can be overcome by not worrying about falling asleep quickly when going to bed, because this will bring anguish and it will be impossible for us to relax enough to do so.
