Blueberries is a fruit of the saxifragaceae family. Leaves, fruits and oil extracted from the black currant can cure a lot of affections due to the richness of its compounds.
The currants have a large amount of vitamin C (three to four times larger than orange), antioxidants (twice as great as blueberries) plus double the amount of potassium in bananas. They also contain vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, PP, microelements such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, bromine, zinc, anthocyanins, tannins, flavonoids, betacarotene, pectin, organic acids and volatile oils.

The blueberries juice is rich in vitamin C and in pigments that stimulate circulation (helps to get rid of cold and cold hands and feet).

In addition, it increases the activity of the adrenal glands and strengthens the immune system. For best absorption of vitamin C, consume it before meals.
