Nice piece!

The Elliptical is also good for those morbidly obese or those recovering from joint injuries, as it does not stress the joint as much due to the feet remaining in contact with the machine.

Although research shows the treadmill for general fitness workouts (jogs, sprints, interval training) leads to better results.
