Energy Smoothie

1/2 cup cooked oats

1/2 cup frozen yougurt

1/2 tsp chia seeds

1/2 cup almond milk

1 banana

1 tsp honey 

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 cup ice


take all ingredients and blend well...

enjoy and feel energetic
