Hello everyone!
For people who work a lot it's usually pretty difficult to eat heathy. Who can spend hours to prepare healthy, filling meal after a long day in office?
It's the same if you are student like me. Most of time I eat at student restaurant and even though food is very cheap there, it's not very tasty and it's usually fatty.
But sometimes, I really don't have enough time to go in student restaurat, so I have to cook.
Although I really like french fries or sausages, I'm trying to live healthy.
So, here is the recipe for what I've made today:
- for 1 person
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
- 100g of ham, chopped into small pieces
- 200g of sliced mushrooms,
- olive oil
- salt
- paper
- basil (or any other spice)
- greek yoghurt
- salad (as desired)
METHOD:
At first, heat frying pan and add some olive oil. Add mixture of ham and mushrooms and roast it 5 minutes. Add salt, paper and basil.
After that, beat 2 eggs with mustard, salt and paper. Add olive oil in pan and roast omelette on light fire. It has to look like pancake.
Put a little of greek yoghurt on your ''pancake'', add ham and mushrooms and roll it.
(I had salted tomato and mozzarella for salad and also a glass of fresh orange juice).
Bon appetit! :*
