Hahaha, kidding, description on your profile made me laugh (I know what you’re talking about :D) Btw, yoga and meditation really do help and, beside that, also have a great and positive influence on health - both physical and mental. Breathing excercises also can be very helpful in stresfull situations! Have you tried pranayama? :)
