Thanks @jdmas, I am sorry I went though it too. But I am glad I went through it, because now I view myself as someone who can change the institutionalized, ritualized abuse systems that condition children en-masse across our planet. It was extremely painful to experience, but now I know how to stop it because I understand their systems.

You're very strong. You were able to use this experience to begin a change. Some people would have just broken down.
It takes a lot of guts to remember.
I was close to breaking down many times.
This thing they call depression...
