At times it's just so hard not worry about stuff more so when you are the type of person who overthinks like i do . It happens involuntarily ... This post has powerful insights towards archiving peace of mind though . Thanks

@maxwell95 The truth is it is not you who overthinks, it is the mind. Using practices like meditation, and increasing your mindfulness you will be able to see, that you are not your mind, and this will lead to peace! All the best! Cheers!
I have never really tried meditating. I will try it soon..
