They are opening her up!
Well, soon they say. I think April the 5th is the start of the loosening. Of course, cases will spike up and we will have to lockdown again but its a nice thought :O)

A lot is still closed, but its Washington DC! 8 Smithsonian Museums are still closed, the National Gallery of Art, Holocaust museum. Most restaurants are open to 25% capacity. Outdoor gathering with only 25 people. Dang!! No riots are worthy with only 25 people. No Theatre. Retail 25% capacity.Many hotels are open.Metro is mostly open, bus etc... with a new touch free payment system. The big sports arenas, Library of Congress.... on and on.
The cases were spiking again and this week, a 15% decrease. We will see.
That sounds like here but just a little bit more open. 25% capacity is rubbish but it is better than nothing I suppose
