I'm assuming you meant died inside , lol.
But i get it. Lots of places are pretty shitty. And at this point in one's life, we don't want to deal with the stress if we are sorted n most regards. Despite having a greasy boss, his not the worst. But if the company is looking after you, it's a rare gem. It's a shame the standard is so low.
