The architecture of the contemporary Emiliano Hotel in Rio de Janeiro is an eye-catching and modern building with many features in its design. Although the hotel is a relatively economical building, it has tried to take advantage of its luxurious interior design and exclusive look. The main architectural priority was the design of the hotel's natural light and its management in the rooms, and then the Marvelous landscape of the guests. The modular and modular design of windows was the best trick for light and landscape factors that should have been implemented in an economical and inexpensive way.
In order to satisfy the satisfaction of clients or customers, the hotel needs its service as a 5-star hotel. Therefore, the entrance section includes the design of a cafe, bar and living room that serves both hotel guests and temporary visitors. After entering the building and passing by the cafe, there are two reception areas and a restaurant in the lobby, which are located in two different directions.
The design of the building is based on a simple and seamless pattern that has doubled its body. The shell was made of white fiberglass sheets to avoid intense light from the city of Rio. The animated pop-ups in the view allow guests to open the windows at the time of the day. But the special and beautiful part of the project is on the eleventh floor, with a hot water pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gymnasium. The roof includes an amusement balcony, which is one of the best of the region at sunset, offering a panoramic view.
According to the rules of the municipality and hotel design principles and the height of the building near the beaches, the number of floors of this hotel is limited to 12 floors. Hotel Emiliano has 90 rooms, ranging from 45 to 200 square meters. The design of interior decoration includes a variety of spectra. Some of the hotel's rooms are economy-friendly and offer low-cost service, while others have a lacquer design with full suite facilities.
The contemporary form of the building is communicating with neighboring buildings volumetrically, and its white color breaks the concrete structures of the Rio Coast Line. It was the final whiteness of the continuation of dark concrete structures that darkened the face of the sandy beach of the area.
