Every day when I wake up I drink some water, go for a walk and then do a short meditation. I follow that with a cup of coffee (yummm) and then I write for a bit. I've found having a really solid morning routine like this brings me so much stability. It's a wonderful way to start my day on the right note. Next step is crafting a healthy evening routine!
