The sun was alive this morning.
Blazing above the horizon, it seemed to be even more beautiful than before.
It's as if those trying times in life make things just a bit more beautiful.
When we struggle, when we are faced with challenges, and able to focus on what is at end, everything around us slows down a bit -- the bird song is more sweeter, the coffee more rich.
There is no need for disaster to relish in the opportune moment known as the now -- the only requirement is a bit of practice and some of your time.
Take a moment, brief in that fresh air -- let it rest in your lungs, perfumed, or poisoned, by that which is around you. Hopefully for your case, the air is pure, the air is healing, the air is divine.
Take a sip, knowing that your body is being restored. Each cell dividing and subdividing, replicating itself in a near endless dance of progeneity.
You, your mind, your existence -- are also a subdivision, a cell that has replicated time and time again, growing, learning, changing, adapting to the world around it.
