One of the best ways to cultivate the spirit of gratitude is to write them down, write what ever that has happened and you are grateful for. It wont take foever to do that, it could be a word, so far you sincerely feel something.
You could find someone close that will give you an audience, when ever you meet up with who ever it might be, start with sharing your gratitude first. It will set the tone for the rest of your conversations and deepen your relationship with the person.
They say gratitude multiplies. According to Robert Quillen "If you count all your assets, you will always show a profit" The more you acknowledge what you’re thankful or grateful for, you begin to see more and more blessings surrounding you, YES...that's true! And you will find out that you are lifted in spirit even more.

When things don’t turn out your way, you need to remember that in every form of difficulty, there is a greater benefit that lies within that circumstance, In the face of that circumstance i need to look it in the eye and figure out what goodies that lies within, ask yourself “What can I learn from this?”
