Defrag your brain. Yes! you heard it right. I don’t want you to do anything of the ordinary. All it takes is just 10 minutes. That’s it!

All I want you to do is

Write for 10 minutes

We are constantly on our phones texting, snapping, why not just use a tiny bit of that time to write. You can write about anything you want. There are no rules. Just a plain old paper and a pen. That is the only requirement.

Even though typing is not ideal but if you actually and necessarily have to type then. It is not the ideal situation; it is still better than not writing at all.

This past summer I had the opportunity to work with a small group of teenagers.

“Yay” lucky me. Even though the class was about an entirely different topic, I squeezed this, since I felt it would help them grow as a person. One of the students wrote.

“Writing is hard especially since there is no topic. I am bored I don’t know what I want to write about…. and it continued one.”

“Maybe I will write about what I have to do today.”

He quotes” I had more energy, during the day, even the things which I was not comfortable with, it was easy for me to manage. I felt like a new person. Which is weird since I was doing the same things as before, but results exceeded far beyond my expectation.”

I have met many successful people from monks to ceo's and this is one of the key things which they say help them get rid of the junk in their head.
