Wow! Nice list @hundredlbsbeauty! I actually doing all of those except from the Gratitude list but I must say that all are really effective acts in achieving happiness especially doing act of kindness and exercise :) nice article to read . Btw, I worked in BPO as well before and handling irate clients was really challenging :)

Thanks. I think you have to start doing the gratitude list too. It is also an effective way of shutting down negativity in life. Listing it down will magnify the good things you received, instead of magnifying the negative things. I am glad you appreciated my post.
Working in a BPO is really challenging especially if almost all of your calls has to do with irate customers. Good thing I don't do calls anymore but I do call listening when auditing lol. Still stressful to hear all the cussing towards agents. Ugh.
