RE: My Experience Learning Spanish With Pimsleur Language Course

in #life8 years ago

I had been looking into Rosetta Stone too for Russian when someone suggested Pimsleur to me too...both of them are so expensive on their websites though so I never got either.

But, I am checking ebay for Pimsleur right now! Thanks for the tip!

Sort:

Here are Russian levels 1-3 for $89. You can usually get it at or very near this opening bid price.

Here's another for $96 or best offer, you can probably offer less than $89 and still get it.

Another Russian 1-3 for $90 or best offer, doesn't include the 1 reading disc for each lesson, which isn't a big deal IMO. I haven't used the reading discs.

Dude, you always have the hook up on something! So pumped you commented on my first ever post. Much appreciated as always!

Haha no problem. Let me know if you decide to pick one of those up!

FYI. Those are fraudulent and unauthorized Pimsleur listings on eBay. A lot of bootleg Pimsleur CDs coming out of Eastern Europe. A dead giveway, the box is not included!

Also, look for premium Pimsleur edition (Pimsleur Unlimited), which is more recent, more complete, and much cheaper than CDs.

:0 ooooo so tempting. I love studying Russian. Definitely good to know. :)

I recommend Pimsleur Russian. I learned conversation Russian with it and when I speak Russians always compliment me on how well I speak.
