Message from the heart -
Breathing helps restore yourself to yourself when you've become triggered by someone or something.

Taking several deep, full breaths will give you a chance to stabilize and gain clarity.

There are going to be times when something unexpected happens but breathing deeply will help you think before you speak or act.

Often times throughout the day, we forget to breathe deeply and enter into light or panic breathing.

Make deep breathing a regular habit and you'll enjoy more clarity and remain calm as you stay centered.
