Well, today I want share you how To Live Healthy Ala Rasulullah Applied During His Lifetime

  1. Sit down while eating and drinking
While eating or drinking, the Prophet always sit daam raring to go. When a person sits down, medically it turns out cavities in the digestive system (stomach) are different when someone in the State of the standing position.

The cavity in the digestive system becomes more open so then when food or drink is swallowed then the body's digestive system is ready to accept it. When digestion of food has been ready to accept no coercion so that the digestive system works very hard.

Different when eating and drinking is done in standing then katub in digestive system not fully open so when food or drink come then the digestive system will work hard to digest and if it takes place gradually digestive system tarus become weak so that then give rise to disturbances on a person's health.

  1. the Diligent Conduct of fasting
In the Messenger always lived his life doing Fasting Sunnah. In addition to the fast of Ramadan Muslims fasting sunnah many that do especially on Mondays and Thursdays.
For Muslims, in addition to getting the reward turned out to be medically any fasting very influential is important for the physical and psychological health of the person. While fasting performance organ body will become more quiet and so emotions rilek easier controlled and mind away from stress.
And physical health, fasting will control the amount of food and drink in the body become more regular and not excess performance thus digestive organs will also be running in balance.

  2. Eat right handed
Although during the life of Prophet Muhammad has had natural tableware such as vessels or other, but while eating the Prophet always using the right hand and this is the sunnah which many Muslims followed.
I need to know turns out to be the results of medical research, his right hand moving at meal times nerves left brain will still work and are always active. This serves to train and keep your left brain produces thoughts stay focused and always active.

  3. The balance of the Body rest period
Medically, the body is highly recommended to rest are enough. Did you know turns out to be the Messenger has implemented it during his lifetime. Then how the Prophet do? Every day Rasullah Saw divides time into her activities and still provide a balance so that the body would be sure in the rest.
Prophet Muhammad always divide time into 3 parts, which 1/3 the time used for work world affairs, then 1/3 again used for the Affairs of the hereafter (worship) and 1/3 last used to rest.
In medical studies of the body in need of time off as much as 8 hours in a day and it is certainly derived from 1/3 downtime that is applied by the Prophet Muhammad in daily.

  4. Eat before you are hungry and stop before the Full
In addition, consuming foods that are both healthy and delicious, the Messenger has provided the example for healthy living by way of eating before hungry and stop before the stomach full. This means a person are required to eat is not excessive.
Medically it is powerful in terms of maintaining the health of the digestive organs of the body especially the stomach, where food and drinks are logged in excess then organist perncernaan will work very hard to digest it all of these things will weaken the body's digestive system performance and would cause disease and others.
