Morning sessions are nothing for me because I have to do it anyway ^^
But to wake up early as possible is so helpful. Then I feel fresh and concentrated.

@modernpastor i agree with you ,waking up early is so helpful ; keeping a diary and morning exercise are the hardest for me ; but i try to change some habits as well
Which habits are you talking from?

@modernpastor ; i mean before i was little bit lazy but now i change some habits like waking up early , eat healthy food .....

When we get older hopefully we get wiser and see that we need to change some things in our life.
