There is so much information that can be gathered + processed every day. Absolutely impossible amounts of information. Way too much for any person to gather and/or process anywhere near all of it.
It seems to me though, that our brains work in such a way that if we spend even 30 or 60 minutes a day intent on processing the most important of that information - that the results are astounding.
That our ability to understand that information is incredible, but also that it doesn't happen nearly as well if we don't do it consciously.
