I met Eva Kaczor at the Villa Illumina event in Mykonos, Greece. She guided the psychedelic breathing workshop. It was my first time trying it and I was amazed by the results. I had difficulty keeping up. It's really intense, rapid breaths in quick succession followed by a hold of breath for 30 seconds. Her words, guidance, and the music allowed me to become attuned with my body on a deeper level. It intrigued me so much that I picked up a book on it and have looked up other workshops around me.
