Yeah, breakfast is really cool. I also believe the power lies in breakfast as well - having something tasty, but not too big for breakfast will definitely stimulate you positively for the rest of the day. I'm currently eating eggs or oatmeal or some meat altogether with oats and I feel so much better than when I was having few slices of yesterday's pizza for example ^^ Besides, the faster I finish my work, the better I feel later and I can do so many things more :P
