We just believe that the mental health problem is having two possibilities,"The disturbed sleeping and other will is drug addiction which is very common in the new generation.
- In our school , Colleges & Universities We found that 75% Of the Student are having drug addiction and they are very careless about their health they think that by starting drugs they will have a mental rest but they do not know the main problem that they will get a very short time rest with these drugs but in the rest of life they will face very hardship!
Gaming , Social Media,Issues:
- Another thing they are not caring about the proper sleep because whole night they spend their precious time one play games and they waste their time on the social Media, chatting sites or on the online Cam Site, which is very common in these days.Then they go to sleep at the morning time and will not complete the proper requirement Which was At least 6 to 8 Hours Of Full Sleep! That affect the mentality and body health!
Most of them want to sleep but due to some mental problems and depressed Life they are using different drugs, which have a bad effect on their health,"Specially the great techniques is just to consult your doctor about the proper treatment and get the proper medication to having the sleep problem solved." Not to used any kind of Drugs to get few hours sleep Hardly Which will be panic in future.

You should spend time with friends to relax your mind While talking and chilling out Their in the parks or any public places which will Help you Kill depression and do not Review what you have done so for which have an adverse effect on your Mental health so that will never hurts your brain.

You should also make a proper schedule for some curriculum activities like playing "Physical Games" with your friends so it will keep your body active and you will have boost energy To your muscles,"When your body gets tired during the daytime you will have a great effect on the sleep at the night time".
