answer the demands as in the world of work then the academics are now equipped with professional titles or professional lectures such as nurshing, pharmacists, doctors and others. qualifications must be matched by experience. but there is also a workplace that requires 5 years of experience, whereas professional certificates are equivalent to 1.5 to 2 years experience. so @jansher, and this post is very give insight to @mukhtarilyas
